Whitt Watts

Whitt is an Associate in the Corporate & Business Transactions Practice Group, which assists clients ranging in size from emerging businesses to large corporations in all aspects of their legal responsibilities, strategic initiatives, and operations. Whitt also works with the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group to assist businesses, private equity firms, and venture capital investors with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other transactions.

Whitt is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law and Auburn University. Prior to joining the Firm full-time, he worked as a Summer Associate in 2021 and 2022. In law school, he was the Special Works Editor for the Alabama Law Review, organizing the 2023 Alabama Law Review Symposium. He also was a member of the Moot Court Board and the Duberstein Moot Court Team.
