Caitlin R. Walker

Caitlin Walker is a versatile corporate attorney with a diverse practice, including real estate, corporate, and economic development transactions. As an attorney, she has achieved success by studying market trends, identifying opportunities, and building strong client relationships.

Recently, Caitlin has advised clients on matters pertaining to the purchase, sale, and development of commercial real estate while simultaneously gaining experience in other transactional areas, including lender transactions, trademarks, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and other commercial contracts.

Caitlin has additional experience in employment law, having represented clients in employment discrimination and wage disputes.

Caitlin is a Clemson University alumnus. She earned her J.D. at the University of North Carolina School of Law at Chapel Hill.
