Caitlin Walker is an Associate in the firm's Greenville, South Carolina office, where she concentrates her practice on employment and labor matters.
As a Summer Associate at Nexsen Pruet, Caitlin conducted research and gained experience with complex civil litigation. She was regularly involved in matters pertaining to employment discrimination, wage disputes, covenants not to compete, implied easements, planned unit developments, and zoning restrictions. Prior to law school, Caitlin worked in the marketing department of a national pest solutions service, where she designed and implemented internal communication programs, developed targeted digital and print content, and assisted in obtaining sales.
Caitlin earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Clemson University. She attended her first year of law school at Charleston School of Law, where she received CALI awards for Excellence in Property I & II, and Legal Research, Analysis, and Writing I & II. After transferring, she earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law at Chapel Hill.

Outside of Nexsen Pruet, Caitlin has a passion for pups and loves spending time with her own cavapoo, Watson. She is an avid foodie, regularly trying new restaurants around Greenville, and stays active by playing pickleball.
