Caitlin Walker is a versatile, corporate attorney with a diverse practice including real estate, farm credit, employment, and economic development transactions. Her zeal to study market trends and opportunities all while building client relationships has proven successful as an attorney.
Recently, Caitlin has advised clients on matters pertaining to the purchase, sale, and development of commercial real estate while simultaneously gaining experience in other transactional areas including lender transactions, trademarks, mergers and acquisitions, and other commercial contracts.
Additionally, Caitlin has represented clients in employment discrimination and wage disputes and continues to support the real estate practice group in serving businesses of all sizes – representing buyers, sellers, developers, and investors.
Caitlin is a Clemson University alumnus. She earned her J.D. at the University of North Carolina School of Law at Chapel Hill.
Outside Nexsen Pruet
Outside of Nexsen Pruet, Caitlin has a passion for pups and loves spending time with her own cavapoo, Watson, and her German shepherd, Lottie. She is an avid foodie, regularly trying new restaurants around Greenville. She stays active by playing pickleball.
