To best serve our clients needs, the firm maintains two Raleigh offices.

The main Raleigh office on Parklake Avenue opened in 2008 and has quickly grown to 45 attorneys and staff who are always prepared to make an impact. This location is convenient to Raleigh-Durham International Airport, and the prestigious Research Triangle Park. Raleigh serves as the headquarters of the firm’s North Carolina Government Affairs practice, and the attorneys across the offices have extensive experience in Real Estate, Construction Law, Economic Development. White Collar Defense and Investigations, Employment & Labor Law, Corporate, and Bankruptcy and Restructuring, among others.

The firm opened its second office in Downtown Raleigh–at the well-known corner of Glenwood Avenue and Hillsborough Street–in 2024, with the addition of four attorneys in the firm’s Government Investigations & White Collar Defense practice group. This downtown location, in one of Raleigh’s most vibrant and fastest growing areas, provides convenience for those representing clients in state and federal courts, and those who rely on easy access to the North Carolina General Assembly and other state government offices.
