Diverse Summer Associate Support
Each year diverse law students participate in the firm’s summer associate program. The DEI Committee provides these students with additional support throughout the summer including:
- Weekly check-ins with an assigned attorney;
- Continuous engagement with the DEI Committee; and
- Midpoint diversity group outings with diverse attorneys in the firm.
It is our goal to provide a safe space for the students to check-in and have an opportunity to be heard, valued, and engaged.
