On April 15, Nexsen Pruet attorneys Matthew Roberts, Nikole Mergo, Jim Rourke and Darra Coleman led a webinar for the South Carolina Hospital Association (SCHA), "Q & A on Labor -Related COVID-19 Topics."
The attorneys answered questions regarding the COVID-19 outbreak including federal legislation (Families First, CARES), the state unemployment process, best practices for right-sizing staff in a pandemic, scope of practice issues and how to deal with physician contracts.
