Sam is a Business Litigation Associate in the Charlotte office, coming to the firm from Philadelphia.  Sam has experience managing cases through arbitration and has tried numerous matters to jury verdict.    

 She works with clients on matters relating to:

  • Civil litigation: defense

  • Civil: Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO)

  • Auto liability

  • Insurer bad faith

  • Products liability, including asbestos litigation

  • White Collar Crimes

Outside of the firm, Sam stays connected with her undergraduate alma mater as the Co-President of the Brown Field Hockey Alumni Association. While at Brown, Sam served as a team captain on the field hockey team while earning 1st Team All-Ivy and Regional All-American honors. During law school, she was the head coach of a local Pennsylvania High School field hockey team that earned a berth in the state tournament.

In her free time, she enjoys skiing, golf, soccer, water skiing, wake boarding and travel. Her previous travels include a spring abroad at Queen Mary College in London.
