Overview

Carrie Palmer, a champion of business risk management efforts with more than 25 years of experience, leads NP general counsel360 – a solution designed to provide businesses with a legal team staffed by Nexsen Pruet professionals, customized and budgeted specifically based on the needs of the business.

Before joining Nexsen Pruet, Carrie co-founded Oklahoma-based Resolution Legal Group, where she helped bring GC2, an innovative, outsourced legal department concept, to the market. While with Resolution Legal, she developed general counsel strategies for a wide range of clients confronting unique challenges – including start-ups and small businesses, resource-constrained non-profits, and large companies requiring multi-level outsource programs or ongoing supplemental legal services for specialty areas.
