Brad Waring is a leader within Nexsen Pruet as well as in South Carolina’s legal and business communities.  He is a trained trial lawyer whose first jury trial occurred more than thirty-five years ago.  Brad is frequently sought as a speaker on trial tactics, professionalism and a variety of other topics.

Brad's litigation practice is concentrated primarily in the civil arena at the state and federal levels.  He represents clients in complex commercial litigation including products liability, asbestos litigation, insurance coverage, subrogation claims, business disputes and admiralty. He is also frequently asked by his peers to serve as mediator in a variety of complex cases.

However, the reach of his law practice stretches far outside of courtrooms.
