Overview

As an attorney in both public and private practice since 2002, I have had a diverse career with significant experience in numerous areas. Currently, my primary practice involves delivering legal strategies to assist clients in the acquisition, lease, finance, and development of commercial real estate. I also have a broad background representing developers and homebuilders in the acquisition and development of real property.

In conjunction with that practice, I represent a number of national and regional lenders and banking institutions in a wide range of secured transactions. The majority of these matters involve the acquisition and/or development financing of real property.

I have significant experience providing counsel to companies competing for, administering, or terminating federal contracts with a focus in contracts with the Department of Defense.  This is a particular passion of mine and, as a veteran myself, I particularly enjoy working with veteran-owned and operated companies.
