Andrew A. Mathias

For nearly a decade, Andrew Mathias has handled complex civil and criminal matters with Nexsen Pruet’s litigation team. While he often appears in court advocating the interests of businesses and individuals before judges and juries, he also directs internal investigations and crisis management matters outside the public eye.

Andrew can handle whatever dispute or challenge comes your way. He is adept at advising businesses and individuals during the pre-litigation, discovery disputes, and appellate stages of litigation. His recent experience includes high-stakes civil litigation between large, multi-national corporations requiring discovery practice in several countries. Additionally, he has practiced before the appellate courts of multiple jurisdictions, advancing the positions of individuals and companies seeking protection of both liberty and property.
