Overview
Alex Serkes is an Associate in the Firm’s Raleigh office and focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions and corporate law. Alex represents and advises clients on matters involving commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, land use and zoning, business mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. Alex graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from East Carolina University.
Outside Maynard Nexsen
Alex is a sports fanatic, and enjoys watching college and professional basketball and football. Alex is a big fan and supporter of East Carolina Pirates and South Carolina Gamecocks athletics.
When Alex is not in the office, he enjoys spending as much time as he can with his family hiking, playing basketball, watching sports, and re-watching The Wire.
