Vinca Boljesic is a registered Patent Agent based in the firm's Raleigh office, where she works with the intellectual property team.
Before joining the firm, Vinca worked as a Patent Agent and IP Paralegal for a law firm specializing in Intellectual Property matters. There she was responsible for drafting US Office Action responses for filing with the US Patent & Trademark Office, preparing and filling US patent, trademark, and International PCT applications, and training new paralegals. Vinca also previously worked as a Patent, Foreign Filing and Docketing Paralegal for several other large Washington, D.C.-based firms. She coordinated a variety of tasks, such as advising on foreign and domestic patent prosecution for international pharmaceutical companies as well as filing foreign patent applications worldwide.
