Overview

Bobby Mozingo is a transactional attorney and has been practicing law for over 20 years. In addition to his legal training, he has over six years of additional background as a commercial banker.

He currently focuses his practice on commercial real estate, banking and business transactions. He is also a licensed title insurance agent in South Carolina and an approved attorney for several nationally based title insurance companies.

He represents and counsels buyers, sellers, owners, investors, developers, landlords, tenants, brokers, property managers, asset managers, real estate private equity groups, real estate investment trusts, borrowers and lenders in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, development, financing and leasing of unimproved land, shopping centers, office buildings, office parks, condominium projects, apartment complexes, industrial facilities, hotels, retail and mixed-use projects, planned communities, golf courses, marinas, resort real estate and clubs.

He also represents banks and other financial institutions in all aspects of commercial loan matters, including closings, foreclosures, deeds-in-lieu, note sales, workouts and disposition of REO properties and other distressed assets.

Bobby loves the outdoors, whether it’s hunting, fishing or boating.

He and his wife live in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, and have three children.
