Harris McRae “Mac” Watkins is an Associate with Nexsen Pruet’s Bankruptcy & Financial Services team in the Greensboro office.

Prior to joining Nexsen Pruet, Mac served as a law clerk to the Honorable Benjamin A. Kahn of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. Mac earned his law degree with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law. During law school, Mac worked as a summer associate in Nexsen Pruet’s Charleston office and as an extern at the Commercial Litigation Branch of the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. He also served as a staff member of the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal. Mac's diverse experience enables him to fully understand the business needs of his clients.
