Lewis, who specializes in mid-sized business clients, aids in negotiating mergers and acquisitions, transactions, financing, representing both business owners and investors or private equity funds.


"I think I'm wired to enjoy helping people achieve their objectives," says Lewis. "It's also rewarding to know I am creating jobs, adding to the economic pie, growing the economy, creating prosperity and adding to the tax base."

Ken Lewis is a member (partner) practicing with the firm's Corporate Group in Raleigh.  His career has included a run for one of North Carolina's United States Senate seats and partnerships at two other large law firms. His legal career began as a law clerk for Associate Justice Henry E. Frye of the North Carolina Supreme Court.
