"21 proven leaders chosen for Liberty Fellowship’s 13th Class"
December 15, 2016
The Liberty Fellowship selected Nexsen Pruet member (partner) Molly Hughes Cherry as one of the 21 Fellows in the Class of 2018.
About the Liberty Fellows Program:
Liberty Fellowship recruits diverse leaders and immerses them in five seminars over 18 months, to reflect on what makes a just society, thereby deepening knowledge, broadening perspectives and enhancing their ability to tackle issues. A highlight of the program, the Globalization Seminar, has Liberty Fellows interacting with Fellows from the Aspen Global Leadership Network in locations such as Jordan, India and China. Other key components for each Fellow are being paired with a mentor and undertaking a leadership project aimed at enriching South Carolina.
Nexsen Pruet Chairman Leighton Lord is Liberty Fellow and still joins the program periodically to moderate sessions:
"It is a great feeling to have another member of the Nexsen Pruet family become a Liberty Fellow. This experience enriches knowledge of our home state of South Carolina while empowering its participants to expand their understanding and ultimately impact on the community. I am proud to recognize Molly as a Fellow."
Molly Cherry is a Certified Specialist in Employment and Labor Law by the South Carolina Supreme Court. She takes pride in advising clients in an effort to help them avoid potential legal pitfalls and to reach business goals.
