North Carolina Lawyers Weekly reported on a recent $2 million award in a slander trial, in which Dan Boyce represented a prominent businessman in the suit brought against his ex-wife.

The jury found that Candace Khashman had slandered Sam Khashman, President & CEO of Charlotte-based Technology Partners, Inc. The $2 million damages award included $1.2 million in punitive damages, $600,000 presumed and $200,000 in actual damages.
