Nexsen Pruet attorney Harper Heckman has been installed as Chair of the American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on Construction Law.
Previously, Heckman has served as the Forum’s Publications Committee Chair, Contract Documents Division Chair, and on the Governing Committee.
"The 6,000 attorneys comprising the Forum on Construction Law hail from across the country and around the world,” said Heckman. “But, they share a common commitment to service to our clients, to the construction industry, and to the legal profession. I am proud to lead them.”

Harper Heckman is the Chair of Nexsen Pruet’s Construction Law Practice Group, which earned a national top-ranking and three Tier 1 metropolitan rankings from Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” for 2015.
