July 25, 2016, an online affiliate of the local Business Journals, called on employment & labor law attorney Kathleen Bradshaw for insight into the Gretchen Carlson lawsuit. The lawsuit, filed in early July against CEO and Chairman of FOX news Roger Ailes, displays the importance of a prompt response from businesses involved in such allegations.

 “If you do receive a report, the most important thing to do is to immediately do everything you can to minimize the contact between those two employees,” Bradshaw said. “The second thing is promptly and thoroughly investigate it. Interview those two employees, interview people you think might have observed something and make a determination.”
