Ashleigh Greene Joins Nexsen Pruet’s Corporate Practice

Greensboro office grows with new attorney

Attorney Ashleigh Greene has joined Nexsen Pruet’s corporate practice in Greensboro. She comes to the firm from Miami, where she practiced with a commercial litigation firm after a previous career in commercial and personal banking.

“We look forward to welcoming Ashleigh back to the Triad and are fortunate to add a capable corporate attorney for our clients. Her international perspective complemented by her transactional and litigation experience is an asset for all of us,” said Scott Jackson, managing member in Greensboro. 

Ashleigh’s legal experience includes transactional matters such as corporate governance, compliance, structure and formation and commercial agreements. She advises in-house counsel on corporate transactions and litigation matters. She has also negotiated settlements and participated in mediation under the American Arbitration Association. Her litigation experience includes complex business litigation, real estate disputes, shareholder disputes and business torts disputes.

She received her J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, and her B.S. from Wake Forest University in Business. Throughout her studies, Ashleigh immersed herself in many international opportunities. She studied abroad in Spain, Canada and China, as well as participated in the International Human Rights Practicum with Washington and Lee University and the Women's Legal Aid Centre (WLAC) in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
