Nexsen Pruet attorney Ashleigh M. Johnson has been named to Triad Business Journal’s 2023 “40 Leaders Under 40” list, which spotlights individuals who are making a difference in their careers and communities.

"Ashleigh is a perfect example of an attorney who is committed to their craft and their community,” said Nexsen Pruet’s Greensboro Office Managing Partner Brian Pearce. “We are thrilled she is being recognized for everything she does inside and outside of our office and in our community.

Ashleigh M. Johnson is an attorney with the firm’s corporate and tax practice group. She supports corporate clients in transactional matters including leasing, purchasing and selling commercial real estate, corporate governance, compliance, structure and formation, and other commercial agreements. She advises in-house counsel on corporate transactions and litigation matters and has also negotiated settlements and participated in mediation under the American Arbitration Association.
