A new book, Employers and the Law: 2013-14 Anthology of Best Articles, includes a piece written by Nexsen Pruet attorney Cherie Blackburn. Blackburn's article "Obesity as a Disability Under the ADA: Is it More Likely Now Than Before?" was originally published as a firm Employment Law Update in September of 2013.
The new anthology by George Siedel and John Siedel is described as a:
