2021 Employment Law Certificate Series
Now in its seventh year, we hope that you will join us for the 2021 Employment Law Certificate Series certification series as we expand upon content covered in previous programs to deliver more in-depth and advanced educational sessions across a range of areas critical to mitigating disputes and building highly effective and productive workplaces.
We will provide critical insights on key topics such as employee benefits developments and updates, immigration updates, non-competes and trade secrets, workplace safety updates, workplace, and social media problems, and a recap of Biden's first year in administration among other topics.
The 2021 series will run a little differently than in the past. Sessions will be held in webinar format through WebEx. Certificates will be issued to participants upon completion of the webinar series to those who attend at least 5 of the 6 presentations (live virtual recordings). Society for Human Resource Management and Continuing Legal Education credits (North and South Carolina) are pending.
*Registration will be waived for the 2021 Webinar Certificate Series. You will need to register for EACH presentation that you would like to attend. Each webinar will have a new registration link that will become available after the previous webinar has been completed. The link to join the live presentation will be provided 24 hours prior to the webinar beginning.
These webinars will take place on the last Wednesday of March, April, May, September, October and November from 12:00pm to 1:00pm
