"Community Health Needs Assessments: Timing and Clarifications"

Health Planning Source has published a white paper that explains "the requirement in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) for all non-profit, § 501(c)(3) hospitals to complete and publish a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), beginning with the first fiscal year following March 23, 2012."
