"The ADA Amendments Act of 2008: Practical Implications for Employers in 2012 and Beyond"

Employment and labor law attorney Molly Hughes Cherry co-authored an article for the Defense Counsel Journal, a publication of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC).

Molly Cherry is certified by the SC Supreme Court as a specialist in the area of Employment and Labor Law.  She is a member of the South Carolina Employment & Labor Law Specialization Advisory Board and President of the SC Bar Employment and Labor Law Section. She is on the Board of Directors for the South Carolina Women Lawyers' Association and President of the Employment Law Committee for the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC).
