Overview

"Dealing with legally and factually complex cases requires a strategy which simplifies their complexities and allows a presentation to the decider (judge or jury) which is easy to grasp. In order to accomplish this a thorough understanding of the dispute, as well as the context in which it arose, is a must."

Marvin Infinger concentrates his practice in the areas of business litigation and admiralty law.  He also handles complex litigation including:

  • Commercial cases
  • Prosecution and defense of construction claims
  • Admiralty claims
  • Probate actions
  • Intellectual property actions
  • Municipal corporate actions

During his more than 30 years of practicing law, Marvin has also represented clients in non-administrative environmental damage actions and his experience spans the transportation, maritime, and hospitality, tourism, and recreation industries.

“Good litigators present complex matter in simple terms to the decider. Good litigators offer candid counsel to their client resisting the temptation to tell the client what she wishes to hear.”
