Gray Wallington is Nexsen Pruet's Director of eDiscovery and ESI Services and a Director of Nextra Solutions, a division of Nexsen Pruet that provides technology solutions to clients.

He works closely with the firm's Litigation Group and firm clients to oversee the discovery of electronically stored information. His experience involves the identification, preservation, collection, review and production of client documents ranging from paper to highly complex electronic files in a wide variety of legal matters. Additionally, his team efficiently collects and secures information about individuals and businesses from social media sites, webmail accounts, and webpages and provides defensible review of complex internet and web-based media. He is a Certified Ediscovery Specialist (CEDS) and holds software certifications for many common legal applications.

The International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) recognized Nexsen Pruet’s Gray Wallington with its 2012 Distinguished Peer Award for outstanding achievements in eDiscovery and Litigation Support.

Gray enjoys sharing his experience and engaging with professionals who work on litigation support and electronic discovery.  He takes pride in common sense solutions for lawyers, government entities, and private businesses.

Gray is a graduate of Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina where he double majored in History and Political Science.

In his spare time Gray enjoys spending time with his wife Alisha, and two children Jackson and Reese.  His hobbies include: reading non-fiction, watching college football, a good debate and most importantly, playing golf.
