Overview

Chandler works in the firm’s Columbia office, where he focuses the bulk of his practice on handling issues involving the regulation, delivery, and financing of health care services. He supports physicians and hospitals in a number of matters, building a wide range of legal strategies to navigate this ever-changing, intensely-complex sector. He also delivers counsel on several corporate issues, including contracts, formations, financings, audits, and other related transactions.

Chandler's legal career began at Nexsen Pruet as a Summer Associate during law school. Performing legal research, drafting documents and memoranda, and working with dozens of attorneys across a variety of practice areas – from economic development to employment – allowed him to hone his skills and build a strong depth of knowledge in a number of matters critical to clients both in and out of South Carolina.
