Building Success
Nexsen Pruet attorneys have been involved in a number of successful construction projects that reflect the diverse skills of our attorneys. They run the spectrum from mass transportation and industrial facilities to medical and hospitality projects.  Nexsen Pruet hosted briefings in March about federal and South Carolina immigration compliance and enforcement crackdowns in the construction industry. Attorneys David Dubberly and Dave Garrett shared information on I-9 and E-Verify compliance, and on defending ICE and LLR investigations.
