Angus Macaulay Recertified as Employment and Labor Law Specialist

Nexsen Pruet is pleased to announce that attorney Angus Macaulay has been recertified by the South Carolina Supreme Court as a specialist in the area of Employment and Labor Law. 

Macaulay is a Member (Partner) in the firm’s Columbia office and has been certified since 2001.

He focuses his practice on representing management in employment litigation matters.  He also provides practical advice to employers on ways to minimize litigation risks and comply with federal and state employment laws.  Macaulay is a frequent lecturer on employment-related topics.  His practice also includes representing corporate clients in civil litigation in state and federal courts.  

Macaulay currently serves as President-Elect of the South Carolina Bar. He received his B.A. in English from Sewanee: University of the South and received his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
