"Myrtle Beach Area Chamber presses 'Fudd' case"

An article in October 9th edition of The Sun News entitled "Myrtle Beach Area Chamber presses 'Fudd' case" reports the latest developments in a lawsuit filed by the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce.

Reporter Monique Newton details how Nexsen Pruet attorney David Slough has requested "an expedited hearing that would address two motions in the case of 'Elmer Fudd,' a commenter on TheSunNews.com who officials say posted false and defamatory statements about the chamber."  

Attorneys Franklin Daniels and Cherie Blackburn are also working on the case.
