John Hardaway Represents U.S. at Executive Council of International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys

Nexsen Pruet attorney John Hardaway, in his position as President of the U.S. Section of the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys represented the U.S. as a delegate on the Executive Council of Federation Internationale des Conseils En Propriete Intellectuelle (FICPI) held in Rome, Italy in November of 2011. 

During the presentation regarding changes in U.S. law, a report was given regarding the enactment of America Invents Act.  Sixty-five nations were represented on the Council which passed various resolutions regarding the status and improvement of Intellectual Property laws around the world.

FICPI is the largest association of Intellectual Property attorneys in private practice in the world.  FICPI advocates internationally on behalf of intellectual property professionals and their clients.
