Cherie Blackburn: Influential Women in Business Awards Finalist

Nexsen Pruet's Cherie Blackburn is among twelve Charleston-area women who have been selected as finalists for the Charleston Regional Business Journal's Influential Women in Business awards.  Blackburn is a finalist in the "Executive" category.

Cherie W. Blackburn has more than 20 years of experience advising clients regarding employment issues and litigating employment related lawsuits.  Additionally, she  advises clients on situations involving discipline, policies, investigations, and terminations.  She has provided extensive sexual harassment and discrimination training to managers and employees. Blackburn also represents clients in protecting their intellectual property rights and has been lead counsel in jury trials involving trademark infringement, copyright infringement and trade secret claims.
