Tom Stephenson Named “Alternative Dispute Resolution Lawyer of the Year”

Nexsen Pruet attorney Tom Stephenson has been named “Greenville Alternative Dispute Resolution Lawyer of the Year” for 2010 by Best Lawyers®. In various specialty areas, the publication recognizes one attorney from large legal communities as the “Lawyer of the Year.”

Stephenson practices primarily in the areas of labor law, employment law, and employment-related litigation and has written several books and articles dealing with employment law.
