George Scott Joins Nexsen Pruet’s Corporate Group Columbia November 17, 2009

George A. Scott, Jr. has joined Nexsen Pruet’s Corporate Practice Group as an Associate. Scott works in the firm’s offices in Downtown Columbia.
Scott graduated from The Charlotte School of Law, magna cum laude, in the spring of 2009.
Before law school, he gained substantial experience while working as an account executive for one of world’s largest investment banks, a real estate agent in New York, an assistant college football coach and as operations manager in the entertainment industry.
Scott earned his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University. While there, he was a fullback for the Orangemen football team. He earned his varsity letter and was a member of a team that won a Big East Championship.
Scott was also an assistant football coach at Wagner College in New York while working toward his MBA.
George Scott lives in Columbia with his wife and two daughters.
