"Subcontractors get squeezed"

Nexsen Pruet construction attorney Jack Taylor is quoted in a article in a Charlotte Observer article entitled "Subcontractors get squeezed." 

Kerry Hall Singe reports that "the number of liens filed in Mecklenburg County spiked by about 70 percent in the last two years."

Taylor told the Observer that he has filed 35 liens this year.  That's  more than any year during his more than four decades of practicing law.  Taylor said, “it's a long complicated process, but it usually gets worked out.”  Click here to read the full article.
