Eric Biesecker Named Counsel for Triad Chapter of Carolinas Subcontractor's Association March 7, 2007
Greensboro, NC — Eric H. Biesecker, a Member (partner) in the Greensboro office of Nexsen Pruet Adams Kleemeier, has been appointed counsel of the Triad chapter of the American Subcontractors Association of the Carolinas (ASAC).
Biesecker is a commercial litigator who focuses his practice on construction and real estate litigation. His practice includes representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in all phases of the construction process, including contract drafting, lien and bond claims, contract disputes, and construction defect and delay litigation.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, and the Greensboro Bar Association and has lectured on a broad range of construction-related topics that impact the Tar Heel State.
ASAC is a two-state chapter of the American Subcontractors Association, the only non-profit construction trade group in the United States that concentrates solely on business issues affecting subcontractors and specialty trade contractors. It serves North and South Carolina subcontractors on state and local matters, and meets in eight local chapters throughout the Carolinas.
