Robin Vinson Named a "Leader in the Law" Raleigh North Carolina Lawyers Weekly September 6, 2011

North Carolina Lawyers Weekly has named Nexsen Pruet attorney Robin Vinson to its 2011 list of "Leaders in the Law." Vinson is one of 24 North Carolina attorneys who will be recognized at an event in September.
Vinson joined Nexsen Pruet as managing member of the firm's Raleigh office in April of 2011. He has a 30-year track record of successfully representing clients from industries such as health care, banking and information technology.
“Our firm is very grateful to have such a fine attorney leading our expansion in Raleigh,” said John Sowards, Nexsen Pruet board chairman. “Whether he is serving in a leadership position for the Wake County or North Carolina Bar Associations or volunteering time at his church, Robin is constantly working to better our profession and community.”
The newspaper created the awards "to spotlight those within the legal community who are working to better the legal profession. Honorees are selected based on qualities such as mentoring and involvement within their community, as well as going above and beyond within their career."
In March, South Carolina Lawyers Weekly recognized Nexsen Pruet attorneys Laurie Becker and Marguerite Willis with 2011 "Leadership in Law" awards for their work in the Palmetto State.
