Burl Williams Joins Nexsen Pruet’s Litigation Group Columbia April 27, 2010

Nexsen Pruet is pleased to announce that Burl F. Williams has joined its Business Litigation Group as an Associate. He will be based in the firm’s Columbia office on Main Street in downtown.
His practice will be focused primarily on business litigation in the areas of complex civil litigation, commercial litigation, energy law, and appellate advocacy.

Kittredge at the South Carolina Supreme Court. That is one of the most sought after clerkships in the state and his landing the position speaks volumes about his work ethic and ability.”
Burl earned his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in Political Science and History from the University of South Carolina and his law degree from the USC School of Law. While in law school, he was an Articles Editor for the South Carolina Law Review.
Burl is an armed services veteran having served four years in the United States Navy.
