Thwarting the Competition through an Effective Patent Strategy March 24, 2006
Dr. Joseph Guy, a licensed Patent Agent who practices with Nexsen Pruet's intellectual property group, will present a seminar for the Hendersonville, North Carolina, Chamber of Commerce on patent strategies.
The March 24th seminar will focus on effective strategies for protecting your business from copies and knock-off products regardless of their country of origin. The event will run from 8:00 am to 9:00 am at the Chamber of Commerce Board Room, 330 N King Street in Hendersonville.
The seminar will also discuss the use of a patent strategy to augment contracted manufacturing and assembly activities and how to avoid pitfalls which could eliminate your ability to seek adequate protection.
Dr. Guy has a world-wide client base. He practices primarily in the field of patent procurement and business strategy consultation out of Nexsen Pruet's Greenville office.
