Marguerite Willis to Address Fellows of the Litigation Counsel of America May 6, 2010
Marguerite Willis, member of Nexsen Pruet, LLC in Columbia, South Carolina, has been selected to speak at the 2010 Spring Conference and Induction of Fellows for the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) on May 6-7 in Monterey, California.
Mrs. Willis practices complex commercial litigation with a focus in the antitrust field. She has substantial experience in class action practice as well, practicing in both state and federal courts throughout the United States. Mrs. Willis’ experience includes serving as national counsel for a Fortune 100 company in its asbestos property damage litigation and for a major pharmaceutical company in over 4,000 cases involving claims of price-fixing and price discrimination under federal and state law.
Mrs. Willis’ presentation will be made to Fellows of the LCA, a trial lawyer honorary society which represents less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Marguerite Willis is a Fellow of the LCA.
