"One Piece at a Time"

The cover story in the November edition of Site Selection magazine details the publicastion's State Business Climate rankings.   North Carolina ranks #1 and South Carolina #5.

The article credits the recently enacted South Carolina Economic Competitiveness Act for the boost in the Palmetto State's ranking.  Nexsen Pruet's Burnie Maybank co-authored the bill which Governor Mark Sanford signed in June.
