Grainger Pierce, Jr. Quoted about ADA Changes

Nexsen Pruet Employment and Labor Law attorney Grainger Pierce, Jr. is quoted in the latest edition of the Triad Business Journal.  The December 19th edition features "Benefits Edge" which is a handbook designed to help with "vexing issues you face in managing benefits, risks and human resources."

Pierce was interviewed for an article called "Workplace overhaul:  New year to bring massive changes with the expansion of disabilities act."  The article details significant changes to the Americans with Disabilities Act that take effect on January 1st. 

Pierce went on to say that the ADA expansion "...creates a whole new category of things that employers didn't have to worry about before and that, I think, will create a lot of headaches."
