John Sperati Joins Nexsen Pruet's Construction Group

Greensboro, NC - John M. Sperati, an attorney with a strong background in construction matters, has joined Nexsen Pruet Adams Kleemeier, PLLC as an associate in the firm’s Greensboro office.

Sperati will practice in the firm's construction group. He previously worked as a litigation attorney with a Raleigh, NC law firm.

Sperati's legal practice has included contract law, lien and bond law, construction defect and delay claims, zoning violation defense, OSHA citation defense, licensing board complaint defense, creditor-related bankruptcy, and risk management. He has represented commercial and residential general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, sureties, homeowners, and construction project owners.

He earned his undergraduate degree from Western Carolina University and his law degree from North Carolina Central University.
