Columbia, S.C. - Virginia "Jenny" Butler, formerly the Chief Financial Officer for the state agency that administers South Carolina's Medicaid program, will serve as a Health Care Reimbursement Consultant at Nexsen Pruet Jacobs & Pollard, LLC.

Butler will work on Nexsen Pruet's Health Care Team in the Columbia office supporting Bill Prince, a Member of the firm and former state Health and Human Services (HHS) Director, on Medicaid issues for the firm's clients.

"Jenny has a proven track record of success that spans more than 15 years," said Al Pollard, Managing Partner of Nexsen Pruet. "Given today's health care climate and the continued concerns about costs, her experience will be invaluable to us and to the companies and institutions we serve."
