Legal Publication Recognizes Five Nexsen Pruet Attorneys Benchmark Litigation November 16, 2011
The fifth annual edition of Benchmark Litigation has recognized five Nexsen Pruet attorneys. The book bills itself as “the definitive guide to America’s leading litigation firms and attorneys.”
The guide names Marvin Infinger, Susi McWilliams, Tom Stephenson and Thomas Tisdale as “local litigation stars.” Benchmark Litigation says the attorneys were “recommended consistently as reputable and effective litigators by clients and peers.” All four have been included in this category in all the previous editions.
Additionally, Molly Cherry has been named a “future litigation star” in the guide. “Future litigation stars” are attorneys that are identified by peers and clients as likely to become “local litigation stars” in coming editions of the guide. This is the fourth consecutive year that Cherry has been listed in this category.
Benchmark Litigation focuses exclusively on litigation in America. The publication bases its rankings and editorials on interviews with private practice lawyers and in-house counsel. Click here to learn more about its methodology.
