Three Attorneys Elected as Members Columbia, Charlotte January 4, 2011
Nexsen Pruet announced today that Dan Leonardi, Grainger Pierce and Travis Wheeler have been elected Members (partners) of the firm.
Dan Leonardi represents clients ranging from large corporations to individuals in a variety of matters ranging from patent and trademark prosecution and litigation to product liability and other complex commercial litigation. He is active in the Richland County Bar, the South Carolina Bar, and the University Hill Neighborhood Association. Leonardi served as a law clerk to United States District Judge Joseph F. Anderson, Jr., and is a former Adjunct Professor of Legal Writing at the University of South Carolina School of Law.
Grainger Pierce represents businesses in a wide range of employment and labor law matters, including policy and compliance assessment and litigation. He has taught paralegal courses for Duke University and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Piedmont Chapter of the Lupus Foundation of America.
Travis Wheeler represents clients on matters related to antitrust and trade regulation, and teaches a course on antitrust law at the University of South Carolina School of Law. He serves on the Executive Board of the Rosewood Community Council and is Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Columbia Parks and Recreation Foundation.
