Five New Attorneys Join Nexsen Pruet

South Carolina-NEXSEN PRUET JACOBS & POLLARD LLC adds five new attorneys to the growing NEXSEN PRUET Team.

The five new attorneys, who are listed below, will work out of NEXSEN PRUET'S Columbia, SC office.

Tushar V. Chikhlikar--Tushar Chikhlikar is an Associate practicing in complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on antitrust, unfair business practices, and intellectual property. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from the University of South Carolina in 1999, graduating Magna Cum Laude, with Honors from the South Carolina Honors College. While at USC, Chikhlikar received the prestigious Algernon Sydney Sullivan Award, the highest honor awarded to a USC student. He also received USC's Outstanding Senior Award and was active in Omicron Delta Kappa, Student Government, and the Student Alumni Association. Chikhlikar received his Juris Doctor in 2002 from the Wake Forest University School of Law, where he served as Student Solicitor of the Honor Council and received the Outstanding Trial Advocacy Award presented by the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers. Chikhlikar is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and is a member of the South Carolina Bar. He is from Spartanburg, SC where he attended Dorman High School.

Manton M. Grier, Jr.--Manton Grier is an Associate in the Columbia, SC office. Grier practices on Nexsen Pruet's Litigation Team. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Grier received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe and Associate Articles Editor for the South Carolina Law Review. Grier is a member of the South Carolina Bar. He is from Columbia, SC and attended Hammond School.

Suzanne Graham Grigg--Suzanne (Suzi) Graham Grigg is an Associate in the Columbia, SC office. Grigg practices on Nexsen Pruet's Creditor-Debtor Rights and Bankruptcy Team. She graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Arts in History and German. Grigg then spent a summer in Vienna, Austria with a Loyola University School of Law program. Grigg finished her first year of law school at Loyola and then received her Juris Doctor from the T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. She was a Law School Admissions Representative and a member of the Christian Legal Society. Grigg is proficient in German. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar. Grigg is from Mullins, SC where she attended Mullins High School.

Benjamin E. Grimsley--Benjamin (Ben) Grimsley is an Associate in Nexsen Pruet's Columbia, SC office, practicing on the firm's Healthcare team. Grimsley graduated as a distinguished member from the College of Charleston Honors College, receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. While in the Honors College, he was inducted into the Political Science Honors Society Pi Sigma Alpha. Grimsley received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was President of the Health Law Society and an Articles Editor for the ABA Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal. Grimsley is licensed to practice law in South Carolina, and is a member of the South Carolina Bar. Grimsley is from Baton Rouge, LA.

J. Stuart Moore--Stuart Moore is an Associate in the Columbia, SC office. Moore practices on Nexsen Pruet's Corporate Team. He graduated Cum Laude from Wofford College with a Bachelor of Arts in Government. While at Wofford, Moore was a member of the Blue Key National Honor Society, was active in student government and was an officer in the Student Alumni Association. Moore received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was a member of the ABA Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal and the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. Moore is a member of the South Carolina Bar. He is from Columbia, SC where he attended Heathwood Hall Episcopal School.
