Waring and Wilkins to Receive "Leadership in Law" Awards

South Carolina Lawyers Weekly will honor Nexsen Pruet attorneys Brad Waring and Billy Wilkins with 2010 "Leadership in Law" awards.  The publication will host a reception for seventeen Palmetto state attorneys on August 26th in Charleston.

The awards recognize "individuals whose leadership, both in the legal profession and in the community, has made a positive impact on our state." 

Brad Waring's law practice is concentrated primarily on civil litigation in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on complex commercial litigation including products liability, insurance coverage, business litigation, and admiralty.

William W. “Billy” Wilkins leads Nexsen Pruet’s White-Collar Crime, Appellate Advocacy, and Corporate Compliance/Crisis Management practices. He also serves clients through his work in the firm’s Business Litigation Group.
