Nexsen Pruet Moves into New Space in Charlotte Charlotte May 3, 2010

Nexsen Pruet has moved into new office space in Uptown Charlotte.
The offices are now located on the 15th floor of the Carillon Building on the corner of Trade and Poplar Streets.
The firm's 15 Charlotte-based attorneys and their support staff opened the new space on Monday morning, May 3rd.
The firm moved from its location at 201 South Tryon Square, in part, because of changing economic conditions.
“Traditionally, Uptown has had very high occupancy rates,” said Sean Phelan, managing member of the firm’s Charlotte office. “Since the recession, occupancy rates and rental rates have dropped. We decided to take advantage of that as part of our strategic growth in North Carolina. Our new location will provide for enhanced technology as well as easier access for the individuals, businesses and institutions we serve.”
Nexsen Pruet, LLC is one of the largest law firms in the Carolinas, with more than 170 attorneys and offices in Columbia, Charleston, Greenville, Hilton Head, and Myrtle Beach, S.C. as well as Charlotte, Greensboro, and Raleigh, N.C.
